We aim to deliver high-quality olive oil imported from Tunisia to customers across Kazakhstan in a timely and reliable manner.

1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to most cities and regions within Kazakhstan.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Major cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, logistics, or customs factors.

4. Shipping Fees.
Within Aktau city free delivery.
Other location’s shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size or contraction agreement.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

6. International Sourcing
Our olive oil is imported from Tunisia. While we keep stock in Kazakhstan, occasional delays may occur due to international shipping or customs clearance.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
